Scott Koethe and Mike Earl were hired by the owner of the 216 Enterprise drive to negotiate and facilitate the sale of the property. The sellers had a tenant express interest in buying the center but didn’t know where to go from there. The sellers hired us to provide a market valuation, negotiate the deal and execute the transaction. This was a sensitive situation because the buyer was the majority tenant in the center, we wanted to get top dollar for our client, but also needed to use care as not to push the buyer and anchor tenant away. We accomplished the transaction in a timely matter and for top dollar.
